What You'll Actually Learn

We've broken down budget tracking into six focused areas. Each builds on the last, so by week twelve you've got a complete system that fits your life — not someone else's template.

Foundation Tracking

Where your money actually goes versus where you think it goes. We start by tracking two weeks of real spending — no judgment, just data. Most people find three surprise categories.

Category Design

Building categories that match how you live. Generic budgets fail because they're too broad or too detailed. We'll create yours based on your actual patterns and Melbourne prices.

System Building

Choosing tools that you'll actually use. Spreadsheet? App? Notebook? We test different approaches and you pick what sticks. The best system is the one you maintain.

Habit Formation

Making tracking automatic instead of a chore. We cover weekly routines, monthly reviews, and how to recover when you fall off track. Because everyone does — that's normal.

Adjustment Strategies

What to do when reality doesn't match your budget. Expenses change, income shifts, life happens. You'll learn when to adjust categories and when to adjust spending.

Long-Term Planning

Using your tracking data for bigger decisions. Once you know your patterns, you can plan holidays, handle emergencies, or shift priorities with actual numbers instead of guesses.

Evening Sessions That Fit Your Schedule

Classes run Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm to 8:30pm, starting September 9th 2025. Sessions are live online with recordings available if you miss one.
